The Job Responsibilities

We are hiring a Financial Analyst to work hybrid in our Telford, PA facility.  

The Financial Analyst is intended to support both North American Sales and Service with local management financial reporting and analysis.  Duties consist of supporting the financial team in understanding management requirements to develop and deliver timely and accurate management reporting, month end closing activities, annual budgeting, business planning and other ad-hoc financial activities.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide commentary and analysis for financial performance in the sale and service companies on a monthly basis.
• Assist Controllers in annual and quarterly financial planning/forecasting for the sales and service companies.
• Support the month-end close process in tandem with accounting.
• Improve processes within the finance organization to reduce manual effort and redundant work, incorporating business intelligence solutions.
• Review and assist in improving cross-functional processes to enhance financial results.
• Participates in periodic business reviews with commercial and operations management.
• Provide support for CFO and controllers where needed regarding special projects for financial and compensation reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Review cost absorption and provide analysis & commentary on operational performance in relation to the P&L.
• Performs other duties as needed and assigned.

Your Qualifications

• BS in Finance/Accounting/Operations Management/Data Analytics.
• 2+ years of financial accounting, cost accounting or financial analysis, operations analysis including internships and Co-op experiences.  Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP/CRM is preferred.
• Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills required. Other MS Office and BI tool (Power BI, Tableau) skills preferred.
