This is a hybrid position working 2-3 days in our US Headquarters office located in Telford, PA.
The Department Coordinator works across the North American medical marketing team to drive core departmental logistics and operations, including vendor and PO coordination, logistics for customer visits, broadcasts and events, coordinating data in systems such as SharePoint and SAP, and assisting marketing colleagues with program support.
This is primarily an administrative role which also has the potential to directly interact with a wide range of marketing functions and colleagues.
Additional Responsibilities
- Drives core departmental operations that support all groups within the marketing organization, including departmental workflows, PO and budget processing, team calendars, vendor approvals, facility requests and oversight of the physical marketing departmental premises.
- Works cross-functionally with colleagues to enable processing of outbound/inbound program materials, campaign mailings, sales materials and management of promotional items. Directly supports the variant pricing SharePoint site.
- Owns the master departmental calendar, as well as owning vendor setup and POs, legal contract archiving, pricing documentation, departmental supplies, distribution lists and related operational functions.
- Ensures full cross-organizational collaboration and communication for Telford-based marketing programs, including alignment with facilities, demo, coordinators, assistants and other parties as applicable.
- Supports and acts as backup for logistics related to Telford-based customer visits and broadcasts originating from the Draeger Design Center, including scheduling, coordination of screening and on-site accommodations where applicable, and management of the physical (non-device related) Design Center premises.
- Performs other duties as needed and assigned.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2+ years of prior experience with coordinating large, cross-functional teams is required
- Experience with project planning and/or budget planning software is a plus
- Working knowledge of core marketing functions and competencies is a plus
- Advanced project management and multi-tasking capabilities
