The Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a Digital Sales Executive – Neonatal Analytics and Jaundice Management to work remote in the US.
The Digital Sales Executive – Neonatal Analytics & Jaundice Management – is responsible for driving commercialization, provider adoption, and strategic expansion of Draeger’s Jaundice Management Portfolio, with primary emphasis on the BiliPredics predictive analytics software platform. This role serves as a national strategic sales overlay resource focused on provider engagement, workflow transformation, enterprise account development, and digital health commercialization across Neonatal and Women’s Health environments.
The Digital Sales Executive partners closely with Neonatal Sales Executives (SEs), Strategic Corporate Accounts (SCA), provider leadership, and healthcare systems to support standardized jaundice management initiatives, improve discharge decision-making workflows, reduce neonatal readmissions, and advance data-driven newborn care strategies. Is also responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic provider engagement, enterprise-level opportunity development, and neonatal digital health solution adoption
Responsibilities:
Commercial Leadership & Sales Execution:
• Drive commercialization strategy and revenue growth for Draeger’s neonatal digital health and jaundice management portfolio
• Achieve assigned revenue and growth targets tied to BiliPredics and associated Jaundice Management solutions
• Develop and manage strategic opportunities within IDNs, Children’s Hospitals, Women’s & Children’s service lines, and enterprise health systems
• Partner with Neonatal Sales Executives and Strategic Corporate Account teams to support enterprise opportunity development and system-wide expansion initiatives
• Lead consultative sales discussions focused on provider workflow optimization, predictive analytics adoption, and neonatal discharge standardization
Provider Engagement & Clinical Strategy:
• Develop strategic relationships with Neonatologists, Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs), Pediatric Hospitalists, Newborn Nursery Medical Directors, Pediatricians, Physician Champions, and Women’s & Children’s clinical leadership
• Conduct provider-focused workflow discovery and clinical value discussions
• Support customer initiatives tied to neonatal readmission reduction, evidence-based jaundice management, standardized discharge protocols, workflow efficiency, and quality improvement initiatives
• Position BiliPredics as a predictive analytics and decision-support solution designed to improve consistency, confidence, and quality in newborn discharge decision-making
Strategic Account Development:
• Identify and advance enterprise-level digital health opportunities across targeted IDNs and Children’s Hospitals
• Support protocol conversion and system-wide standardization initiatives
• Develop customer-specific value propositions and ROI discussions aligned to clinical, operational, and financial objectives
• Establish and expand Key Opinion Leader (KOL) and neonatal provider champion relationships
• Assist with conference strategy, customer forums, and national thought leadership initiatives
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Partner closely with SEs, SCA, Marketing, Clinical Education, Customer Care, Service, and Product Management
• Support implementation alignment and long-term customer adoption strategies
• Maintain CRM documentation, pipeline visibility, forecasting, and strategic account plans
• Provide market feedback including competitive intelligence, provider trends, and customer insights to support strategic planning and portfolio growth
Performs other duties as needed and assigned.
Your Qualifications
Education / Experience:
- BS/BA degree in business, healthcare administration, clinical field, or related discipline required
- MBA or advanced clinical degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in healthcare, medical device, healthcare IT, digital health, or related field
- Experience navigating complex healthcare sales cycles and enterprise stakeholder environments
- Experience engaging provider-level clinical stakeholders preferred
- Experience with consultative, value-based, or strategic selling methodologies preferred
- Travel requirements up to 60%
The compensation includes a base salary of $105,000 plus uncapped commission based on sales performance. On Target Earnings {OTE) are $175,000 annually at 100% of quota, with the potential to exceed this based on individual results.
