The Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist II to work hybrid in our Andover, MA location.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist II is responsible for supporting full-cycle recruitment activities across the organization. This role partners closely with HR and hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire top talent, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with business needs. The Recruiter will manage multiple requisitions and contribute to sourcing strategies that build strong and diverse talent pipelines
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
- Recruiter II is responsible for end-to-end recruitment process for any given position. Working with hiring managers to profile each vacancy and advise with candidate selection. Supporting company's diversity, equity and inclusion strategy by building a diverse slate of candidates.
- Creating and placing the job ads for recruitment with required job boards and social networking (ie LinkedIn and Indeed) to effectively leverage our brand attracting candidates.
- Screen all qualified candidates and work with hiring managers to interview and complete the assessment process for candidate selection
- Proactively source and network for candidates using tools such as Linked In Recruiter, Indeed database search, promoting the employee referral program and attending job fairs.
- Work within our Applicant Tracking System (SuccessFactors) to ensure compliance with OFCCP guidelines and regulations.
- Communicate with applicants and hiring manager during the process from beginning to end to select candidates. Conducting strategy calls or scoping sessions with stakeholders and managers. Strong and clear communicator with an ability to influence and engage internal stakeholders and candidates at a variety of levels and job functions.
- Manage all talent acquisition candidate tools including applicant tracking system and influencing content on Draeger US Career Site to support attraction and selection.
- Participate in TA and HR meetings and share updates; Cultivates relationships with hiring managers, schools, community organizations, etc.
- Performs other duties as needed and assigned.
Your Qualifications
- BS in HR or business or related field.
- 3- 5 years’ experience recruiting, with experience in direct sourcing, internet/social media sourcing and employment branding
- Experience using ATS systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.)
- Understanding of recruitment best practices and candidate assessment
- Sound interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and decision-making skillsPay Transparency
The targeted pay range for this position is typically between $85,000 - $100,000. We note that the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. This position is eligible for the following additional compensation: annual bonus.
