The Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition I to work hybrid in our Andover, Ma office.
Under supervision, the Talent Acquisition Specialist I is responsible for supporting full-cycle recruitment activities across the organization. This role partners closely with HR and hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire top talent, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with business needs. The Talent Acquisition Specialist I will manage multiple requisitions and contribute to sourcing strategies that build strong and diverse talent pipelines.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Creating and placing the job ads for recruitment with required job boards and social networking (ie LinkedIn and Indeed) to effectively leverage our brand attracting candidates.
- Proactively source and network for candidates using tools such as Linked In Recruiter, Indeed database search, promoting the employee referral program and attending job fairs.
- Work within our Applicant Tracking System (SuccessFactors) to maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with OFCCP guidelines and regulations.
- Provide a positive candidate and hiring manager experience through timely communication and follow-up
- Participate in recruiting events, career fairs, and campus outreach initiatives
- Participate in TA and HR meetings and share updates; Cultivates relationships with hiring managers, schools, community organizations, etc.
- Performs other duties as needed and assigned.
Your Qualifications
- BS in HR or business or related field.
- 0-2 years’ experience in direct recruiting or HR
- Sound interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and decision-making skills
- Strong organization skills and time management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Self-starter, self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities
- Team-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused mindset
The targeted pay range for this position is typically between $60-65K. We note that the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. This position is eligible for the following additional compensation: annual bonus.
