This role is based out of our beautiful Andover, MA facility, which offers many benefits, including an onsite fitness center with yoga and fitness training classes, onsite game rooms, a full-service café, free parking and more.  Andover supports the design and assembly of our patient monitoring products.  This is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of 3 days a week in the Andover MA office. 

The Senior Staff Validation Engineer will lead teams of engineers that produce requirements mapping, test strategies, test procedures, test scripts, test results and release documentation for the verification and validation of patient monitoring products.

• Review and feedback of testability of product requirements.
• Design and develop test strategies, procedures and/or scripts for verification and validation of products.
• Produce hazards mapping/tracing based on product hazards descriptions. Develop test strategies, procedures and/or scripts to verify that product hazards have been mitigated properly.
• Produce product traceability lists of requirements to tests.
• Provide product validation schedule information.
• Code automated product validation procedures/scripts.
• Produce test reports and summaries and support the product release to production.
• Performs other duties as needed and assigned.

Your Qualifications

Education:

BS in Electrical Engineering/Biomedical/CS or equivalent degree.

Related Experience:

10+ years in product development experience or product test preferred.

Special Competencies or Certifications:

• Proficient with use of MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency with IBM RQM and DOORS, LabView, JIRA, and Matlab a plus.

Compensation

The targeted pay range for this position is typically between $150,000 - $185,000.  We note that the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.​ This position is eligible for an annual bonus.
