Facilities Supervisor

The Job Responsibilities
The Facilities Supervisor will provide direction for site operation, planning and projects. Coordinate all contractors and vendors as needed to provide best in class services. Supervise Facilities staff and provide guidance. Occasional travel to other Draeger sites as needed.
- Weekly building inspections to maintain safe and problem free work environment. Assign any maintenance work to the team and follow up to ensure problems areas are completed to industry standards.
- Budget planning and coordination of approval on building expenses. Research and define yearly cost saving opportunities. Monitor spending against budget targets.
- Daily management of staff to include: work assignments / role accountabilities, talent acquisition (recruitment), and performance assessment / management that motivates and builds trust and team collaboration resulting in the accomplishment of established annual goals. Process timecards and PTO requests.
- Tracks facilities work requests, ensure completion within acceptable timeframe and quality standards. Prioritize requests as needed. Ensure team is meeting any and all milestones.
- Develop and maintain internal customer relationships, resolve escalated issues. Provide information and direction to employees on impacts to the building.
- Manage projects as required. Negotiate and manage direct vendor/partner contracts (GC, Subcontractor, furniture, etc).
- Performs other duties as needed and assigned.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related area or equivalent in education, training and experience.
- 2+ years related experience in facilities related role
- Microsoft Suite of products including, Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to build strong internal and external relationships using effective verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work independently and problem solve
- Must possess high level of organizational skills and ability to multitask.
The targeted pay range for this position is typically between $74,800 - $89,800. We note that the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
This position is eligible for the following additional compensation: annual bonus.
